Equipment fee: $200

Scan our archives and work with us to find the right combination of films for 2 nights of viewing for your audience.  We’ll get you 6 hours worth of film, provide promotional materials for you to publicize your event, and work to arrange equipment if necessary.  ACFF Ambassadors can introduce the films and help lead discussions for those willing to cover Ambassador travel expenses. 

3 Hour Traveling Festival
Price $250
Equipment fee: $200

We can help you choose an evening of high quality films from our archives to inform and inspire your audience, provide promotional materials for you to publicize your event, and work to arrange equipment if necessary.  ACFF Ambassadors can introduce the films and help lead discussions for those willing to cover Ambassador travel expenses. 

Movies for your Meetings
Price: $30 (1 hour of programming)

Looking for an entertaining way to educate and inspire your group at your next meeting?  ACFF can provide an hour’s worth of conservation programming for you to screen with your own equipment.   Promotional materials and ACFF Ambassadors are not available with this option.

We can also provide you with audio visual equipment for an extra fee.
